Shipping and Returns

Shipping: We use Fedex as our shipping carrier. Orders can be tracked when tracking number becomes available.
Returns: Unless otherwise noted, all sales are final. Eligible goods can be returned directly to Costa Mesa, CA within 45 days of the original ship date at the expense of eWaveRF. Goods can be returned unless the part is marked Final Sales or Non-Returnable. Returns received after the 45-day statutory period are accepted at the discretion of eWaveRF. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not be damaged. Buyer must request a shipping label eWaveRF in order to return goods free of charge, there no exceptions. A RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be assigned to the buyer by eWaveRF in order to process and track the return.
